Tuesday Evening, Vanessa Hudgens was in attendance of a cast dinner for ‘Once Upon A Time In Hollywood’ along side her Boyfriend Austin Butler (Who has a role in the film) to support Young Care; A non profit Charity Organization based in Australia who help young people with high care needs.
