. Anne, one of our forum’s moderators was lucky enough to be part of the audience in one of Vanessa’s stop, MTV’s The Seven. If you’ve seen the video, you saw Anne. Check it out:
As part of her promotional schedule, the lovely Vanessa Hudgens made several pitch stops in the “city that never sleep” (or, as Alicia Keys calls it, the “concrete Jungle”), the fabulous NYC of the Empire State.
Among the many appearances, which charmingly enough included some retail therapy (& some of the cutest candids ever, which once again made me inexplicably jealous of a child), was an interview I was lucky enough to attend and be a part of… literally!
It’s #Beastly time!
It’s finally here! Well, by Friday here in the U.S.
But still. We’ve waited for so long for this movie (we were all so ready for it last summer after all) – so just the fact that the movie will be shown in just days – is all so exciting! Uh-mazing even 
We here in Team Hudgens making this a week-long event. We’re gathering all write-ups and reviews on the movie over at the forum.

It’s only January; but the year 2011 is already shaping up to be a big year for Vanessa. She already has not one, not two but three movies scheduled for release in the U.S. so far. To say we’re excited for our favorite girl is yes, an understatement. Some of us over at the forum, for some reason or another, do favor one movie over the other.

So CBSFilms just released a new poster for Vanessa’s next movie Beastly.
And to be frank, me no likey – do not like it at all. I like the holographic edge the old one have. I feel that it gives it some sophistication. The lenticular version makes people notice. The new one on the other hand is just blah – plain, boring, no wow factor whatsoever (though I do like the tag line).
But that’s my opinion.

Beastly to be released March 18, 2011

CBS Films have just announced via Beastly Movie’s Facebook that the teen fantasy, Beastly which was previously scheduled to be released July 30, 2010 will now be released 8 months later, March 18, 2011. No doubt, this is extremely disappointing as we have looked forward to seeing Beastly this summer. To have that built up anticipation shafted in the manner that it has been, is, suffice it to say, not very impressive at all.
