It’s time again for this week’s news. Whether you were away or didn’t have time to check the forum, you missed a few things, but don’t worry, I’m here to tell you.

To start with, I’m sure you’ve already seen this, but it’s not bad to refresh your memory: Vanessa had a party at Joe Forte’s with Zac and the cast from Sucker Punch, on the night of December 5th. Whether it was to celebrate Emily Browning’s birthday or the end of filming for some people, we will never know, but the point is that it looked like they had a good time.

The news doesn’t end there. Vanessa, along with Zac and Carla Gugino, went out for lunch at Cardero’s restaurant. The couple also went to the So You Think You Can Dance Canada Season 3 auditions in Vancouver. They declined to take photos, not wanting to take attention away from the dancers. (This reminds me of the promo for Dancing With the Stars where they used Vanessa’s song. It’s not the same show, but the dancing is there …)

Moving along…. on the topic of movies: Are you in the UK and did you buy the DVD of Bandslam? If you haven’t, well, I suggest you to do it now. The DVD includes comments from the director and the cast, deleted scenes and 2 music videos from Honor Society and Vanessa herself.

Now I’m sure you’ve seen the awesome animated banner from Beastly, so I’ll remind you again, if you’re not already a fan of theirs on Facebook and want to get their updates quickly, go on and friend them …

In other news, the soundtracks of High School Musical, 1, 2 and 3, were on the list of the best 25 CD Soundtracks of the Decade, in the position 2,5 and 19 respectively; which is great recognition I might add, because even if you don’t like the movies, the music was beautiful. As you can see this time we have little more news, and be prepared for next week, because as you already know, next Monday is Vanessa’s birthday, and we at Team Hudgens will be celebrating!
